How to Prepare+
Sift 2g into a warm bowl. Add 60ml water at 75°C. Whisk briskly with a bamboo chasen in a 'W' motion until a soft foam forms (about 20 seconds). Drink within 10 minutes.

Store the tin sealed in a cool, dark place — away from heat and humidity. Best within 6 weeks of opening. Refrigerate unopened tins to extend freshness up to a year.
